  1. Take a mixing bowl strain all dry ingredients and keep aside.

  12. Cut cake in three layers.. Take first layer apply sugar syrup.
  13. Then add frosting spread equally now add some pineapple chunks. Again put second layer of cake do the same procedure...
  14. At last put the third layer apply sugar syrup now Completely cover the cake with frosting using spatula.... Make a design using different nozzle as you wish.
  15. Mix chocolate syrup In whipping cream and garnish cake as you wish.
  16. At the top of cake put some pineapple chunks and cherries your pineapple pastry is ready.
  17. Refrigerator for 2 hours and serve cool.
